We stand behind all of our products and services, and your satisfaction is very important to us. All purchases made from Northwicks Consulting, LLC. (including all related website properties, sales over the phone, and live event on-site purchases) are covered by the following policies.

GENERAL
Offers/Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless otherwise stated. Coupons and special pricing are only valid during the advertised promotion period. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gift Cards are non-refundable.

WINGMAN SERVICE PACKAGE
All Wingman client service accounts are subject to a three-month, contract with Northwicks Consulting’s 180-day guarantee.

As a Wingman client, we also offer a “First 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee*”. If in the first 30-days you feel we didn’t meet the expectations set, and due to that, are unsatisfied with the service, you’ll receive a full refund PLUS get to keep all the assets built for you up to that point.

Any concerns a client has must be addressed personally or ZERO refund will ever be honored.

Example: Waking up on the wrong side of the bed one day does not qualify for a return.
Example: Making bad financial decisions on your own time does not qualify you for a refund.

After the first 30 days, there are no refunds available of any kind.

After day 90, the client has two choices:

a) move forward with our first-class agency services and scale. Moving forward as a private client after the Wingman Service will require a retainer of $2000 per month + a monthly performance bonus.

Or b) the client runs with the new system on their own and continues to get amazing results. If the client chooses (B) then Northwicks Consulting offers a 180-day support guarantee. That means for six months after the first ninety days, you can request a call or meeting to have your system looked at so it can perform at its highest level.

EXPECTATIONS SET FORTH BY Northwicks Consulting; the following is required to be created by Northwicks Consulting and delivered to the Client:

  • Market Research

  • Complete tech integration

  • Multiple Sales pages - custom copy

  • Multiple Landing pages - custom copy

  • Order Forms/Application Pages/Booking Pages/Confirmation Pages

  • All Advertising Campaigns on all media channels

  • Northwicks Sales System (the back-end)

  • V.P.C. Campaign launch process

  • Multiple Behaviorally Dynamic Follow-Up Sequences

  • Video Scripts

  • Call Scripts (if needed)

Each of our sales & marketing specialists will meet weekly with the Client for 30-60 min & go over strategy, progress & results. Any appointment where the client is more than 5 minutes late, without any communication to Northwicks Consulting, will result in a reschedule.

Northwicks Consulting offers unlimited revisions on all work to ensure 100% client satisfaction.

REQUIRED BY CLIENT TO QUALIFY FOR 100% GUARANTEE:

  • Content will be created by the Client and sent over to Northwicks Consulting prior to the agreed-upon deadlines set during weekly calls (this includes all lead magnets, branding content, and offers)

  • Videos created, and any large edits need to be made before being delivered to Northwicks Consulting and prior to the agreed-upon deadline set during weekly calls.

  • Open communication w/ Northwicks Consulting throughout the week

  • Northwicks’ Consulting's 30-day guarantee is contingent upon all agreed content and videos being submitted to Northwick Consulting before the deadlines agreed upon during each weekly call and maintaining a monthly advertising budget agreed upon in the contract.

CANCELLATION OF WINGMAN SERVICE

Should the Client wish to cancel services prior to the expiration of the Wingman Service, the Client may do so and keep all assets built by Northwicks Consulting on behalf of the Client up until the point of cancellation. Cancellation can be requested at any time but may be subject to an early cancellation fee** (see the section of terms for the “Early Cancellation Fee”).

EARLY CANCELLATION FEE**

If, prior to the expiration of the Wingman Service, should the Client wish to cancel services, the Client is required to pay up to 50% of the remaining balance of the contract as a “Builder’s Fee” to compensate for the technical services provided prior to the cancellation.

FIRST CLASS AGENCY SERVICE PACKAGE

When you decide to move forward with our First Class Agency service, we offer unconditional release contracts for our clients. Payments will be collected every 30 days. Payment options include: yearly or monthly unless otherwise arranged by Northwicks Consulting, LLC.

Clients agree to make payments according to the terms agreed upon and on this page. Should a payment need to change from one option to another, a request must be made either by phone at 832-271-2302 or by email to info@thenorthwicks.com no later than three (3) days prior to the billing date in order to qualify the request. 

Should a client wish to cancel services before the next billing date, a request must be made by email to info@thenorthwicks.com at least three (3) days before the billing date to qualify the request. This ensures a “proper handoff” of assets created for the client. Any requests made after the 3-day billing requirement do not qualify for refunding the most recent payment. 

If any payments are not received, the entire account and associated services are void, and the payments made up to that point are forfeited to Northwicks Consulting, LLC, and will not be refunded. Access to any digital product or platform will be removed.

BUSINESS CONSULTING PACKAGE

If you feel in the first 30 days, the communication or expectations were not as promised, simply request a refund by emailing info@thenorthwicks.com, and you will qualify for an entire refund (minus the onboarding fee). Any onboarding fee is non-fundable.

As a Business Consulting client, you’re entitled to unlimited personal 30-minute monthly meetings with your dedicated sales and marketing specialist. If there are ever three or more times during any 90-day period a client needs to reschedule a meeting and the client does not give proper warning, the client leaves himself open to Northwicks Consulting management’s discretion to be fired without qualifying for a refund.

SYSTEMS-TO-SALES ACADEMY ACCESS

You will receive lifetime access to the academy training platform, curriculum, worksheets, and private group. If you have any problems accessing the Academy content you have purchased, please contact our Customer Support Department immediately at info@thenorthwicks.com, so we can resolve the issue. Purchasing the Academy does not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the information in any way.

In the event that The Academy does not deliver an impact or result in an improvement of statistics, a full refund will be offered. In order to qualify for the 100% money-back guarantee, the purchaser must complete a min. of (2) TWO weeks’ worth of training lessons, complete the weekly exercises for those two weeks, AND have engaged with the private group.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

All digital and downloadable product sales are final. We do not offer digital product refunds; once a download/digital access has been assigned to you, there is nothing we can retrieve back. Examples are PDFs, Checklists, Scripts, and any product sold singularly as a digital download.

If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased, please contact our Customer Support Department immediately at 832-271-2302 during the hours of 9 AM - 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday, so we can resolve the issue. Digital product purchases do not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.
