Client Case Study: Homejab was attracted to Northwicks Consulting because of our marketing systems, tracking, and scaling track record. HomeJab already had an established audience and was doing very well before we started to build the system for them., but they knew they could be doing better.

Their internal team needed some help with setting up new marketing campaigns, testing new offers, tracking analytics, and scaling up efforts. Their team would meet with Northwicks Consulting on a weekly basis to review progress and data, and within six months, we were able to reduce acquisition costs by 44% and add more than $612,000 in revenue!

The Before: They were experiencing high customer acquisition costs and losing money on first-time purchases. Their average order value (AOV) was $225, and they only promoted one offer to every niche they served. This created inconsistent months for them and made it almost impossible to scale profitably.

The After: In order to help them scale, we first had to individualize each offer to match the desire for each segment of their market. After going through their data, we established a game plan to reach the top five industries that were bringing in more than 80% of their revenue.

Along with establishing more unique offers, we created the system to increase their AOV. During our time working together, Northwicks Consulting was able to reduce customer acquisition costs by 44% and increase order value by 16%. We were responsible for generating $612,000 in just six months and setting them up for long-term wins!
